Sales & Marketing Junior Assistant

POP enables artists to update their fans directly through Facebook Messenger with new releases, concerts, and personal messages. For inbound messages to the fan page it’s also possible to build a simple ‘bot’ to drive traffic to merch, tickets etc. POP’s platform allows artists to attain ownership of fan data by requesting email addresses, location etc. These tools are specifically targeted towards artists, managers and labels and let them connect with fans on Facebook Messenger by connecting their Facebook Fan Page directly.


POP is looking for an ambitious and relentless Sales & Marketing Junior Assistant to join our small team with global aspirations.

ABOUT THE POSITION. Your day will be spent:

  • Searching for leads / contact information to support sales and partnership activities. If we have a key lead in mind, are you tenacious enough to find a way to connect with them?
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and partnerships with some of the world's biggest artists. Want to work with artists like Run The Jewels and Passenger? Here's your chance!
  • Sending out newsletters / feeding our social channels. Influence and educate thousands of artists, fans and industry each week, nurturing and growing our online community.
  • Supporting and organising events. Invites, guest-lists, venues, you'll be helping us organise our pop ups in London, Amsterdam, New York and beyond.


  • You are positive and energetic and have a 'startup mentality'. Often the path to success will not be clear. Are you thick skinned enough to think laterally and hustle? 
  • You are motivated, hands-on and proactive. We'll guide you but give you the space to work in your own way. Can you manage your time /  priorities?
  • You have good communication skills (fluent English and Dutch). POP is a global company. Communication, both written and verbal, is key!
