Marketing & Partnerships Executive

POP is the simplest way for musicians, labels, brands and others to launch a Facebook Messenger bot. Based in Amsterdam and London, we are expanding rapidly and looking to add to our London-based Marketing & Partnerships team.

Working out of our office in Shoreditch, the Marketing & Partnerships Executive will work closely with POP’s Head of Partnerships and our Marketing team to help POP connect with customers and grow our presence globally.

This is a varied role in a fast-growing startup and requires someone who is a fast learner, hard-working, super-organised and adaptable. You will be an accomplished multi-tasker, a digital native with a strong understanding of current trends in social media, and an adept writer who can communicate in a concise and engaging manner. You already consume a wide range of content, and are good at researching new topics.

Responsibilities

  • Research and write marketing content including creating images/gifs/video content
  • Prepare case studies, best practice content and email templates for customer outreach
  • Manage social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content, reporting stats and monitoring socials of partners, customers & competitors
  • Help prepare content and materials for conferences, events and meetings
  • Drive month-on-month increase in customer enquiries, organic leads and sign-ups
  • Understand and identify new partnership opportunities for the business
  • Research, identify and contact new customers across target industries
  • Help manage and report PPC/SEM campaigns
  • Monitor industry news sources for insight and opportunities
  • Assist in lead generation / organisation, to feed our sales pipeline via LinkedIn and other sources


Requirements

  • Advanced understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Medium
  • Advanced understanding of Facebook and be comfortable in the page admin dashboard
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM and content marketing best practices
  • Able to schedule social media posts and report engagement around socials and content
  • Have a good understanding of the music, sports, media & entertainment industries
  • Be proficient in using the Google Apps suite (in particular Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Be able to use photoshop, quicktime and other image/video editing software quickly to create images, gifs and video clips
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Adwords & Facebook Ad Platform
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
  • Fast learner who is comfortable with new tools & processes
  • Ambitious and target driven individual
  • Able to work autonomously
