Content & Customer Success Marketeer

We're looking for a Content & Customer Success Marketeer to create content that makes our users successful in each step of the funnel.


About POP

Since 2016 we’ve been working on making the artist to fan relationship more direct. As newsfeeds are getting more and more crowded it’s harder for anyone to reach their audience. Algorithms filter 98% of updates and engagement is at an all time low. But via chat apps like Messenger it’s possible to reach your audience directly.

When you go direct there are no filters, algorithms, or competing content and you can tell interactive stories in a whole new way. The core of our product is built around short stories we call ‘Flows’. Using our simple chat editor, anyone can write fun and interactive Flows they can send to their audience. With chat being so direct, our clients often see open rates above 90%.

Why this position?

As the Content & Customer Success Marketeer, you will be responsible for the creation of exciting, appealing and valuable content that encourages user growth. Your content helps our customers become successful with Messenger via POP.

What you'll be doing

  • You make brilliant content

    You're a skilled copywriter who has the ability to write and structure clear and engaging articles. You have to be able to switch the tone of voice depending on the conversation - that means sometimes creating more practical, serious or fun content. What matters is to always make content relatable enough to get users to take action.

  • Optimise for conversations

    As we learn more and more from ourselves and from our customers, we can apply what we learn to our existing sets of conversations to improve them. In doing so you'll be identifying features we could be adding or improving upon.

  • Work closely with the designers and growth team

    We want to publish fingerlicking content only. Together with the designers you’ll construct beautiful content and the technical people from the growth team will help you with distribution and conversions. 

  • Work closely with our customers

    Since you'll be well aware of everything conversation-related, you will be providing support to our customers together with the partnerships team. Insights in our customers will always come directly from our customers. Here starts your search for new content topics which ultimately will drive customer success.

  • Writing attention-grabbing promo material

    Writing engaging copy is a second nature for you. Your words can successfully grab and keep our customers' attention. That's why you'll be helping us with creating conversational ads and other promo material that stands out.


  • You are a writer by heart and with this skill you will become the voice of our company

  • You have a customer oriented mindset with the drive to uncover the way our audience wants to interact with us

  • You ensure content is accurate and accessible for your colleagues and customers

  • You love to experiment, use data and tools to improve your work

  • Fluent (spoken and written) in English

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, at a startup, scale-up or with your own blog

As the Content & Customer Success Marketeer you'll be working closely with the Head of Growth (Max van den Ingh) and Luc van Loon on design.
